1. Service Description
RetryFi (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) is a payment recovery tool that connects to your Stripe account via OAuth to automatically detect failed subscription payments, retry those payments on a configurable schedule, and send dunning emails to your customers on your behalf.
2. Account and Access
You must have a valid Stripe account to use RetryFi. By connecting your Stripe account, you grant us access to your invoice, customer, and subscription data, and authorise us to perform the following actions on your behalf:
- Retry failed invoice payments using the customer's existing payment method on file with Stripe (no new payment information is ever requested or stored).
- Generate Stripe-hosted Billing Portal links so your customers can update their payment method directly on Stripe's infrastructure.
RetryFi does not access, view, or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or any other sensitive payment credentials. All payment-method updates and charges happen on Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
3. Data Access and Usage
We access your Stripe invoice data, customer email addresses, and subscription metadata solely for the purpose of recovering failed payments. We never access or store credit card numbers — all payment updates happen on Stripe's secure infrastructure.
4. Emails Sent on Your Behalf
When a payment fails, RetryFi may send up to 4 dunning emails to your customer. These emails are branded with your company name and contain a link to Stripe's Billing Portal where your customer can update their payment method. You authorise us to send these emails by connecting your Stripe account.
5. Billing
RetryFi offers Free, Pro ($29 USD/month), and Scale ($79 USD/month) plans. All prices are in US dollars. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page.
6. Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation stops all future billing and your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or accidental renewals. A free tier is available so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing.
7. Data Deletion
You may disconnect your Stripe account at any time, either from the RetryFi Settings page or by revoking RetryFi's access from your Stripe dashboard. In either case, all your data (failed payments, recovery actions, account metadata, customer email addresses) is permanently deleted from our systems immediately. There is no soft-delete or archival period.
8. Limitation of Liability
RetryFi is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that all failed payments will be recovered. We are not liable for any revenue loss, customer churn, or other damages arising from the use of our service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Operator
RetryFi is operated by Bubble Boy Productions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales at 13 Mill Building, 49 Royal Crest Avenue, London, United Kingdom, E16 2ZZ.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
